HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes, boiled in jackets
8 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. celery seeds
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
6 hard-boiled eggs

Peel potatoes, slice thin. Fry bacon slowly; drain on paper towel. Blend flour, sugar, salt, celery seeds and pepper into bacon drippings. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in water and vinegar. Heat to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in potatoes, bacon pieces and egg slices carefully and heat through on low heat.
