JELLO MEAT LOAF 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. or 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. boiling water
1 can corn beef
1 c. celery, sliced thin
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. salad dressing

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, cool and set until shaky. Chop eggs and corn beef. Mix lemon juice, sugar, and salt with salad dressing. Whip the Jello and mix all together. Pour into shallow glass dish. Place in refrigerator until set. Cut into squares.
