LEMON FRUIT PIE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 med. carton non-dairy whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1/3 c. frozen lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, chopped and drained
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can coconut or 1 can fruit cocktail, drained, or 1 pkg. fine coconut (the best)
2 graham cracker crusts

Pour lemon juice into condensed milk; combine and mix all ingredients. Whip with electric beater. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Chill. Makes 2 pies.
