BAKED CHICKEN IN SOUR CREAM 
1 chicken, cut in pieces
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried crushed tarragon
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in large, shallow pan, add chicken, turning to coat. Sprinkle salt, tarragon and pepper on chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until done. Mix sour cream and cheese, drain pan drippings off chicken and stir into mixture. Pour over chicken and heat 5 to 7 minutes.
