SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. half and half (use more if necessary)

Sift flour, baking powder and salt in bowl. Mix sour cream, baking soda and half and half. Add flour and stir quickly. On floured board, even out mixture to 1/2" thickness. Cut and bake on ungreased baking sheet 12 minutes at 450 degrees. Makes 12 biscuits.
