SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. self-rising flour

Combine butter and sour cream in bowl; blend well. Add flour; mix well. Fill greased miniature muffin cups or muffin 3/4 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until brown.
