3 c. dry powdered milk
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. non-dairy creamer
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients, stir well. Store in tightly covered container. Use 3 tablespoons per cup hot water.
