ZIPPY MUSTARD SLAW 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced cucumber
1/2 diced celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Combine and chill well.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Thoroughly blend mayonnaise or salad dressing with vinegar, prepared mustard, salt and paprika. Toss together lightly. Pour dressing over chilled vegetables. Makes 6 servings.
