OSGOOD PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 tsp. vinegar
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice

Soak raisins in hot water. Mix together egg yolks (keep whites aside), sugar, butter (soft), and vinegar; beat until creamy. Stir in drained raisins, pecans, cloves and allspice. Beat egg whites until stiff and slowly fold into other ingredients. Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. It will have foam top that is set when done.
