TEX - MEX WON TONS 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 of a 15 oz. can refried beans
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
4 doz. won ton skins
Oil for deep frying
Taco sauce

FILLING: Cook ground chuck, onion and green pepper. Drain. Stir in beans, cheese, catsup, chili powder and cumin. Mix well.

Put a generous teaspoon of meat on won ton and fold like an envelope. Moisten point and seal. Fry a few at a time in hot oil (375 degrees) about 1 minute per side. Serve with taco sauce. Makes 48. May be frozen.
