WON TON'S 
1 pkg. won ton skins
1 beaten egg
1 c. finely chopped green onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. finely chopped bok choy or cabbage
1 tbsp. grated ginger root (best if used fresh), 1/2 tsp. if powder
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. EACH ground pork & ground beef

Mix ingredients together except won ton skins. Place heaping teaspoon of mixture in corner of won ton skin. Roll up to middle of skin. Then take side corners and pull around and press together. Fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Mix water and cornstarch together and add to mixture. Stir until thick.
