BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. peach Jello
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Heat undrained pineapple until boiling. Add Jello and dissolve. Cool; add buttermilk. Let this mixture cool and fold in Cool Whip. Mix thoroughly and congeal. You'll never know it has buttermilk in it!
