APPLE CLAFOUTI 
4 eggs
1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
4 sm. papls, cored, pared and thinly sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl combine first 6 ingredients and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in flour and sugar; beat until mixture is thick and smooth.

Grease 10 inch pie plate or quiche dish with Pam. Arrange apple slices in container in a single layer to sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour batter over fruit and if desired, sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake until browned, 35-40 minutes.
