ANYTIME FRUIT SALAD 
1 can pineapple chunks (packed in juice - save juice)
1 can apricot halves (save light syrup)
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 lg. can peach slices, drained
1 banana, sliced
1 apple, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (banana or vanilla)
2 tbsp. Tang (orange or mango flavored)

In large bowl, mix 1 cup of pineapple juice and apricot syrup (combined) with dry pudding and Tang until blended; add fruits and chill an hour or more before serving.
