DIET FRUIT SALAD 
16 oz. can fruit cocktail, drained
2 apples, cut and cubed
2 bananas, cut into chunks
Lg. can mandarin oranges, drained
2 tbsp. dry Tang (optional)
1 1/2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Drain the fruit. Save juice from fruit cocktail. Add the Tang. Stir. Add the vanilla pudding. Mix with fruit. Refrigerate until thickened. Other fruits may be used.
