"DIET" LIME SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) no sugar lime Jello
1/2 c. diced green peppers
1/4 c. diced onions
1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
1 1/2-2 c. shredded cabbage
3 tsp. vinegar
Salt to taste

Mix Jello as directed. Add all ingredients and chill until set. Serve with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, if desired. Almost no calories, except mayonnaise.
