BAKED ZITI WITH THREE CHEESES 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Ronzoni ziti
1 container (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Pinch of ground nutmeg
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta following package directions, drain. In large bowl, blend ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, parsley, garlic, pepper and nutmeg; stir in ziti until well blended.

Spoon into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish, sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until top is golden. Makes 8 servings.
