1 lb. ground beef or turkey
8 oz. serving instant potatoes
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onions
1/4 c. ketchup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix meat and 1 1/2 cups dry potatoes, egg, salt, pepper, onions, ketchup and milk. Put into 9 inch pie pan; bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. Prepare rest of potatoes for four servings and put on top. Then sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes until cheese is slightly melted.
