HASH & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed potatoes
1 can corned beef hash
8 oz. cheddar, American or Co-Jack cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix onion, salt and pepper in potatoes. In 4 quart casserole dish layer about 1/2" mashed potatoes, 1/4" hash, slices of cheese, then another layer, ending with cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
