DISAPPEARING MARSHMALLOW
BROWNIES
 
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. self rising flour
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt first 2 ingredients in heavy saucepan on low heat, then cool. Add flour, brown sugar, vanilla, and egg and add the saucepan mixture. Fold in chips and nuts until just combined, about 5 strokes or more. spread into 9 inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake. Center will be jiggly.
