1 (15 oz.) can cherry pie filling 1 box yellow cake mix 1 c. crushed pineapple & juice 2 sticks butter 1 can Angel Flake coconut 1 c. pecans Butter a 9"x13" Pyrex or Corning Ware pan. Spread cherry pie filling in pan and then the crushed pineapple and juice. Sprinkle cake mix and level out. Melt butter and pour over top. Sprinkle coconut and pecans on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
