TAMALE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef, brown, drain and season with salt, pepper and garlic
powder, to taste

ADD:

1 can pitted olives, drained
1 can hominy, drained
2 cans tomatoes with green chilies
1 can El Pato sauce

For a spicy tamale pie, shake a few crushed red peppers into mixture. Into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish place 1/2 to 1 package of dip sized Fritos in bottom and sides of pan. Pour meat mixture over crushed chips. Add 1/2 pound grated Longhorn cheese. Bake until bubbly at 325 degrees.
