1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion
10 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
4 c. chopped oysters
Salt, pepper, poultry seasonings
3 beaten eggs
3 c. milk and oyster liquor
1/2 lb. butter

If you like oysters, this is a wonderful dressing for roast turkey.
