RICE AND OYSTER DRESSING 
1/2 c. butter
10 to 12 chopped green onions
1 c. chopped celery
2 sm. chopped bell peppers
1 qt. oysters
Cooked giblets, chopped
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Salt
Red and black pepper

Melt butter and add onions, celery and pepper. Cook until soft. Add oysters and giblets. Pour over rice and add parsley. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. If dressing is too dry, add some of the liquid in which giblets were cooked. Stuff turkey.
