OYSTER DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. chopped onion & celery
2 tbsp. parsley
1 c. butter
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
16 c. white bread, lightly toasted
1 qt. oysters

Saute vegetables in butter on low heat (do not brown). Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Add bread crumbs and oysters. Bake at 350 degrees. Add oyster liquid if dry before baking.
