LEMON ICEBOX DESSERT 
1 can condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 graham cracker pie crust

Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add condensed milk and lemon juice. Beat until thick and creamy (2 to 3 minutes). Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Chill and serve. Top with any fruit filling, if desired.

If you're looking for a super easy desert that can be prepared at most any time, this is it. I get rave reviews when I prepare a pie from this recipe. I use fresh lemon juice and the zest from half a lemon (or more) and when I cut a slice of lemon and twist it on top as a garnish, everyone thinks I've spent hours of preperation. You can't go wrong.
