EASY SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 lg. chicken, cut in pieces
1 bottle Russian salad dressing
10 oz. apricot jam
1 envelope onion soup mix

Clean and skin chicken. Set in foil-lined baking dish, single layer. Mix three ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Then uncover; spoon sauce over chicken and continue cooking until chicken is done. Use remaining sauce at table.
