EASY SWEET - SOUR CHICKEN 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, uncooked
1 env. dry onion soup
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 sm. bottle Russian dressing

Cube, uncooked chicken breast meat and place in a shallow baking dish. Spoon preserves onto each piece of meat. Sprinkle soup mix over all ingredients. Pour entire bottle of dressing over everything. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour, uncovered. Serve over rice or noodles.
