EASY SWEET -N- SOUR CHICKEN 
1-1 1/2 lbs. cooked, diced chicken (or pork)
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 med. white onion, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 (16 oz.) can chunky pineapple, drained
1 bottle Kikkoman sweet and sour sauce

Combine everything except pineapple. Bring to boil and let simmer 15-20 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Add pineapple. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles. Great for left over chicken and ham.
