EASY SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
2 slices bread, torn in pieces
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or peach slices

Mix beef, egg and bread. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place in 9 x 13 pan and bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour. In another bowl, mix catsup, sugar and can of fruit and juice. After meatballs are drained of grease, put both mixtures together. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with rice. 4 to 6 servings.
