1 3/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk or canned cream
1 c. nuts, chopped
Approximately 30 Maraschino cherries
Powdered sugar

Mix ingredients except cherries. Take ball of dough and flatten, cover cherry with dough. Bake on a greased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. When cool, roll in shallow bowl with powdered sugar.
