CHICKEN STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. butter
1 chopped onion
2 chicken breast, cut in 1 inch cubes
2 c. water see directions
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/3 c. flour
Butter noodles
1 c. sour cream

Saute chicken and onions in butter in large skillet 10 minutes. Add small amount of water with the flour. Add flour mixture and remaining water to skillet. Add bouillon cubes. Bring to boil and thicken. Lower heat; simmer 15 minutes. Add sour cream. Prepare butter noodles and add to skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Can add mushrooms. If so, use liquid as part of water.
