MEXICAN QUICHE 
1 3/4 c. milk2eggs
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 3/4 c. Bisquick
4 oz. can diced Ortega chiles

Combine all ingredients and blend a minute. Pour into buttered 9x12 inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
