“COFFEE CORDIAL” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CRANBERRY ORANGE SALAD

COFFEE CORDIAL 
1/4 c. instant decaf coffee
1/4 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water
1/4 c. brandy or rum
twisted orange peels
8 demitasse cups

Measure instant coffee and sugar into a coffee pot. Stir in boiling water. Add the brandy or rum. Pour into the demitasse cups; add a twisted orange peel strip to each cup.

Serve.
