CHINESE NOODLE SALAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Rose brand egg noodles
1 jar green sweet relish
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans chopped olives
1 (12 oz.) can tuna
3 carrots and 1 onion, grated fine (can use dried onion)
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 pt. mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt

Break noodles into 4 or 5 equal parts and boil to package directions; drain. Mix all ingredients together and chill. Makes a large salad. Can cut recipe in half.
