CHIPPED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 lb. chipped beef
1/4 c. flour
2 2/3 c. rich milk
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. cooked macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. pimento

Cook celery, onion and beef in butter. Stir in flour and mix well. Gradually add milk, stir and cook until thickened. Add 3/4 cup cheese. Mix well and pour into 1 1/2 quart dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
