NOODLES FRANCAIS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pennsylvania Dutch noodles (or regular ones)
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
8 slices bacon, crisp, cooked, crumbled
2 c. diced Swiss cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook noodles according to directions on package. Drain. In a small saucepan melt butter and cook onion until transparent.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, salt and nutmeg. Add noodles, butter-onion mixture, bacon and cheese. Place in 2-quart baking dish. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 8 servings.
