1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Apples or peaches

Peel and slice fruit placing in buttered pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and butter. Make batter of other ingredients and pour over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream.
