MONTEREY CHICKEN BAKE 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
1 c. chunky salsa
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)

Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise, then dip in breadcrumbs until evenly coated. In a 13 x 9 baking dish, arrange chicken.

Bake 15 minutes; top with salsa, then cheese.

Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is no longer pink. serves 4.
