BOILED CUSTARD 
2 qt. milk
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Heat milk over very low heat. Mix flour and sugar. Add to hot milk. Beat eggs. Add a little hot milk to the beaten eggs. Then add eggs to the milk mixture. Stir constantly. It's ready when it coats a metal spoon. Mixture will thicken as it cools.
