MICROWAVE BEEF - NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can corn
1/2 c. catsup
2 c. uncooked noodles
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper

Combine beef, onion and celery in a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Microwave on high for 6 to 7 minutes. Add all the other ingredients; cover and cook again on high for 15 to 16 minutes. Stir twice while cooking. Let stand a few minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
