LOUKOUMADES 
1 qt. milk
1 square butter
1 c. freshly squeezed orange juice or undiluted frozen
2 pkg. dry yeast
Honey
5 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
Enough flour to make "sponge-like" dough
1 egg
Enough oil to "half-fill" heavy skillet

SYRUP:

2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 c. honey

Cook sugar and water until it forms a soft ball. Add honey. Dip Loukoumades in honey mixture. Let rest for a few minutes. Top with fine nut mixture and cinnamon.
