BARBECUED TUNA 
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. ketchup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Hamburger buns

Drain tuna and flake. Brown onion in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients except tuna. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir frequently. Add tuna, cook 10 minutes more. Serve over buns or biscuits. Serves 4-6.
