CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked & boned
1 box long grain wild rice (UNCLE BEN'S®), cook according to directions
1 can French style green beans
1 onion, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 can water chestnuts, diced
1 tsp. pimento (opt.)

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until bubbly.

NOTE: Ham and beef can be substituted for chicken. I have used both and they are good.
