APRICOT CHICKEN | |
1 env. onion gravy mix 1/2 c. apricot preserves 1/2 c. water 6 boneless chicken breasts or cut up frying chicken Combine envelope onion gravy, 1/2 cup apricot preserves, and water in large bowl. Add chicken, coating well. Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, covered. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes uncovered until tender. |
