RICE CUSTARD PUDDING | |
1 qt. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 3 beaten eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 c. cooked rice Heat, but do not boil, milk, salt, beaten eggs, vanilla and sugar mixed together. Mix heated ingredients with rice. Pour in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake about an hour in oven, 350 degrees. |
