CUSTARD RICE PUDDING | |
2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. raisins 1 c. cook rice 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Beat eggs and add sugar, salt, milk, vanilla, rice and raisins. Pour into greased baking dish or individual custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
