CUSTARD RICE PUDDING 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooked rice
Nutmeg
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. raisins or more
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat eggs and sugar together until blended and foamy. Add milk and mix until blended. Stir in vanilla and salt, then add rice and raisins and stir. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes just until custard is set. (Don't overbake.)
