SURPRISE RIBBON CAKE 
Your favorite cake mix
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 lg. can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Prepare cake as directions indicate. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt or fluted cake pan. Mix cream cheese, butter, and cornstarch in small bowl until very fluffy. Add milk and beat well. Add the egg and vanilla; mix until very smooth. Pour evenly over the cake batter and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Store in refrigerator. (I have used chocolate cake mix as well as lemon - both are excellent.)
