CRAB AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
1/2 lb. crabmeat (imitation is fine)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli, according to package directions until barely done. Arrange broccoli in the bottom of a 1 quart casserole dish. Saute onions in butter, stir in salt and flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add cheese and cook on low until thickened. Stir in lemon juice. Add crabmeat and pour over broccoli. Bake until bubbly and browned, about 30 minutes. Serves 4.
